Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment. If there are any inventory or fulfillment issues with your order, we will reach out to you directly as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached and the garment in its original condition. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; we recommend using an insured carrier.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@zainadresses.com. Please send all returns to: 2235 West 95th Street, Chicago, IL 60643. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out at info@zainadresses.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
